Security Manager

Wink Hotels is looking for a Security Manager to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property, while upholding Winks modern, vibrant hospitality spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hotels security team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring quick resolution and guest confidence.
• Coordinate with local authorities and internal departments to maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and preventive measures to safeguard guests, staff, and assets.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in hotel or corporate security management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.
• Knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to train and motivate a team with professionalism and integrity.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English.
