Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cn o for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and addressing any workplace issues or conflicts. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align HR practices with the companys strategic goals.

Organization & Strategy: Build organizational structure, develop HR policies, and advise on business strategy.

Recruitment & Development: Plan and lead recruitment, training, and talent development activities.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, payroll, and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness.

Employee Relations: Foster communication, resolve workplace issues, and maintain compliance with labor laws.

Training & Growth: Implement training programs, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning skills
  • Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management experience
  • Knowledge of Local Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
  • Experience with Employee Benefits Administration and Compensation Management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver Training and Development programs
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems Cadena and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
