School Engagement Manager
About the role
Navitas is seeking a vibrant and outcome-oriented School Engagement Manager to drive engagement and outreach strategies across international high schools within the assigned region. The role focuses on raising awareness of the Navitas brand and the benefits of the pathway model to increase enrolments across Navitas University Pathways global portfolio.
This position will lead on-the-ground recruitment activities, including counsellor training, event participation, and student engagement, while driving lead conversion. The role will also work closely with the GSM team to develop targeted and impactful promotional collateral.
Key Responsibilities
1. Schools Account Management
- Operate as a point of contact for matters specific to schools within remit, escalating items as required to the Director, Global School Engagement
- Utilise a CRM to record communication & activity with school partners & monitor student applications
- Effectively manage customer relationships with pro-active, regular and structured communication and implementation processes
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusted relationships with Schools and which result in student enrolments for Navitas University Pathways
2. Business Development
- Proactively seek out partnerships with Schools and School related organizations & Associations who seek to enroll students in higher education, to drive business to Navitas University Pathway programs
- Respond to and follow up with enquiries from students & high school counsellors utilizing appropriate internal processes and procedures.
- Assist in the identification, and growth opportunities through collaboration with other Business Unit and stakeholders.
- Assist with the monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
3. Industry Engagement
- Develop strong relationships at the appropriate levels with relevant industries, with the aim of generating internship opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, and other external-fronting industry engagement opportunities and activities and events
- Work closely with Marketing teams to develop external facing promotional material
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential, regardless of academic background
- Experience engaging with high school students/counsellors in advisory or sales-driven roles
- Strong numerical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with business-level English proficiency
- Collaborative team player with accountability for decisions and outcomes
- Flexible to support recruitment activities during evenings, weekends, and across regions
- Proven ability to meet targets in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
