Export Sales Executive (International Business Development)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Employment Type: Full-time, Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to expand our international market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills in English, and a deep understanding of global trade practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new international clients and distributors across target markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas partners
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends
  • Handle international negotiations, contracts, and pricing agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor export documentation processes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business trips when required
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in export sales or international business development
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, and export procedures
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets
  • Willingness to travel internationally

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global distributors or B2B clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and export documentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
