Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a dynamic BD Executive with a growth mindset and result-oriented attitude to join our international business team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international businesses, and developing a pipeline of potential clients for the company's IT Solutions and Digital Marketing services.

Your Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Proactively search for potential international clients through multiple channels: networking, events, email outreach, partnerships, and sales tools.
- Build and expand the pipeline of potential clients for the company's IT Solutions and Digital Marketing services.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend research to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend events, seminars, and networking activities to expand the network of businesses and partners
2. Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Understand clients needs and pain points in order to propose suitable solutions.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline on the CRM system.
- Track the progress of sales opportunities and perform timely follow-ups.
3. Deal Development & Closing
- Consult and recommend solutions and services that fit clients needs.
- Coordinate in preparing proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Participate in negotiations and contract closing.
- Support the preparation and review of basic contents of sales contracts.
4. Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with clients.
- Monitor client needs and proactively propose opportunities for service expansion or upsell.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the cooperation process..
5. Collaboration & Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and Delivery to build suitable solutions for clients.
- Support project handover from the sales stage to the implementation stage.
- Track project progress when needed to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Regularly update and report on pipeline, business opportunities, and sales results to management.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and propose improvements to customer outreach strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the company's sales processes and business ethics standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot or similar) and sales support tools.
- Ability to build client relationships and develop business opportunities.
