◈ Job Description

As an SAP Functional Consultant — Logistics (MM/SD), you will be responsible for configure and maintain SAP MM (Materials Management) module: procurement, inventory, MRP, invoice verification, configure and maintain SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module: sales orders, delivery, billing, pricing, and execute and support daily logistics business processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with the SAP team in Vietnam and coordinate with stakeholders across Vietnam, Korea, and Singapore to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support our global business operations.

·      Configure and maintain SAP MM (Materials Management) module: procurement, inventory, MRP, invoice verification

·      Configure and maintain SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module: sales orders, delivery, billing, pricing

·      Execute and support daily logistics business processes in SAP S/4HANA

·      Handle MM/SD master data: material master, vendor master, customer master, pricing conditions, info records

·      Configure output determination, partner profiles, and message control for logistics documents

·      Support period-end closing activities related to MM/SD (inventory valuation, GR/IR clearing)

·      Analyze and resolve functional issues in procurement and sales processes

·      Coordinate with warehouse (LoIS WMS) and order management (nSolutions OMS) teams on integrated processes

·      Write functional specifications for ABAP development team (reports, enhancements, interfaces)

·      Conduct fit-gap analysis for new business requirements against SAP standard functionality

·      Support internal and external audits with documentation and data extraction

·      Train end-users on SAP MM/SD transactions and business processes

·      Cross-module integration: MM ↔ FI (MIGO/MIRO posting), SD ↔ FI (billing → accounting)

◈ Core Competencies

·      Able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·      Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry is preferred

·      Able to work with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions

·      Team player with ability to coordinate across time zones (VN, KR, SG)

·      Systematic and organized approach to issue resolution and documentation

◈ Your Skills and Experience 

·      3–7 years of hands-on SAP MM and/or SD configuration experience

·      Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC in a logistics/supply chain environment

·      Strong knowledge of procurement cycle (PR → PO → GR → IR) and sales cycle (SO → Delivery → Billing)

·      Experience with MM/SD master data management and pricing configuration

·      Understanding of MM/SD integration with FI/CO (automatic account determination, cost center assignment)

·      Familiarity with output determination, partner profiles, and EDI/IDoc-based order processing

·      At least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade project experience

·      Ability to write clear functional specifications for technical teams

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field

·      SAP MM or SD certification is a plus
