About the Role
Masan Group is undertaking a large-scale ERP upgrade program across our ecosystem of subsidiaries (Masan Consumer, WinCommerce, Masan MEATLife, Phuc Long, Masan High-Tech Materials, and others). The program spans both SAP and Oracle environments and will modernize the backbone systems that run our consumer, retail, manufacturing, and resources businesses.
Sitting within the Group PMO and reporting to the Group PMO Lead, you will lead this transformation end-to-end — from planning and vendor governance through deployment, cutover, and hypercare across multiple business units.
You'll be part of a young, high-energy PMO team that moves fast, works hands-on, and partners closely with subsidiary leadership.
What You'll Do
Program leadership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the ERP upgrade program across multiple Masan subsidiaries running SAP and Oracle platforms
- Build and manage the integrated project plan, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation across workstreams (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Retail, HR, etc.)
- Run steering committees and drive decision-making on scope, timeline, and budget trade-offs
Stakeholder & subsidiary alignment
- Partner with leadership across subsidiaries to align business requirements, harmonize processes where possible, and manage localization needs
- Bridge business and IT — translate business priorities into technical roadmaps and vice versa
- Manage change impact across thousands of end users in finance, supply chain, retail operations, and manufacturing
Vendor & delivery governance
- Manage SAP/Oracle implementation partners and system integrators — contracts, SOWs, deliverables, quality gates, and commercial governance
- Drive accountability across internal teams, external consultants, and offshore delivery centers
- Oversee technical workstreams: data migration, integrations, custom developments, infrastructure, security, and testing
Risk, quality & cutover
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, financial, and organizational dimensions
- Govern UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and data governance standards
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- 6–10 years in IT project management, with at least 1-2 full-cycle ERP implementations or major upgrades delivered as PM (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP)
- Hands-on experience leading multi-entity ERP rollouts in large enterprises (retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or conglomerate environments preferred)
- Strong command of ERP delivery methodologies (SAP Activate, Oracle OUM, Agile/Waterfall hybrid) and core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or Oracle equivalents)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets at scale, vendor commercials, and complex SOWs
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to and challenging senior leaders across business and IT
- Strong English communication (working language with global vendors and consultants)
Nice-to-have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience with both SAP and Oracle ecosystems
- Background in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing ERP landscapes
- Exposure to integrations with POS, WMS, MES, CRM, or HCM platforms
- Experience managing offshore/nearshore delivery teams
Working style we value
- Hands-on and pragmatic — you build the plan, track the details, and unblock the team yourself rather than only delegating
- Energetic and collaborative — you thrive in a fast-paced PMO environment alongside peers who move quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity across multiple subsidiaries with different cultures and priorities
- Bias for action and ownership — you drive outcomes, not status reports
