ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures for SAP security (Fiori, applications, and HANA) and user access control for all SAP versions.
- Analyze and design role matrices for all departments on S4 HANA & Fiori.
- Develop reports related to license management and user access using ABAP.
- Maintain SLA of 95% for SAP/Fiori authorization requests.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners to configure and implement all authorization-related tasks for projects and changes.
- Perform quarterly reviews (role sets & user access) to clean up unnecessary roles and manage user license access.
- Execute SOD checks to ensure no SOD conflicts for S4 HANA & Fiori.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in SAP support or authorization.
- Experience with S4 HANA, Fiori, and ABAP reporting.
- Experience with user access management and role matrix design.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Intermediate English communication skill.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills.
