JOB TITLE:SAP Master Data Management Specialist (Article Master)
JOB LOCATION: Binh Duong, Vietnam (Onsite at Client Plant)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate Article Master data for our manufacturing plant in Vietnam. This role ensures high-quality and consistent article master data to support manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain processes, while closely collaborating with local Vietnam stakeholders and reporting to the regional Master Data team in Thailand.
***Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain various Article Master data in SAP S/4HANA in accordance with business requirements and global standards.
- Ensure article master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across relevant SAP modules (e.g. MM, PP).
- Coordinate with production, procurement, planning, and related teams in Vietnam to understand operational needs and reflect them correctly in Article Master data.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, or outdated information, ensuring timely and correct master data maintenance.
- Work closely with the Master Data Management (MDM) team in Thailand to align with global data governance policies and data models.
- Prepare documentation and provide training or guidance to local users on Article Master data processes when required.
- Support reporting and analysis related to Article Master data quality, usage, and compliance.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, with hands-on experience in Article Master data.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC, particularly in MM master data.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written); Vietnamese language is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
***Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with SAP mass data tools (e.g. Migration Cockpit, ServiceNow, LSMW, etc.).
