Pre-Requisites:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO within a professional consulting environment.
- Proven ability to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as SAP MM and/or SAP SD is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including system design, data preparation, functional specification development, configuration, testing, and post–go-live support.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in line with project scope and objectives.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business issues within the area of responsibility, requiring deep understanding and assessment of various factors.
- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs and document configuration rationale thoroughly.
- Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments supporting SAP processes.
- Create and maintain master data standards to ensure consistency and integrity across SAP modules.
- Engage in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, and implementation, demonstrating strong configuration knowledge of SAP FICO structures.
Requirements:
- Local Vietnamese with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in SAP FICO implementation projects at professional consulting firms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Fiori applications.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging with multinational clients at a professional level.
- Proven experience in testing, data migration, and preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
