Hoan My Medical Corporation is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations across our Holding Companies, establish our Accounting Shared Services Centre, and drive group-wide financial excellence aligned with both VAS and IFRS standards.
What you'll own
Accounting Operations & Shared Services
- Set up and operate the Accounting Shared Services Centre for the Group
- Oversee accounting functions across all Holding Companies
- Ensure accurate, timely recording of all transactions and supervise daily accounting team activities
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare periodic group financial reports, including consolidated statements
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
- Ensure full compliance with VAS, IFRS, and Group reporting requirements
Compliance, Internal Controls & Audit
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and accounting guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
Process Improvement & SOP Development
- Develop and standardize accounting SOPs across the Group
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems
Systems & Digital Transformation
- Lead and participate in Finance system implementation (FICO, HIS, etc.)
- Improve accounting efficiency through system enhancements and automation
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in set up and managing accounting share service
- Solid knowledge of VAS and IFRS; experience with consolidation reporting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP FICO is a strong plus)
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare or multi-entity group experience is a significant advantage
- Proficient in English
