Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting the company's products and services, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes preparing and delivering sales reports, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to meet sales targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
• Proficiency in relationship building and excellent communication skills
• Understanding of HVAC, technical product sales, or industrial equipment is an advantage
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Experience with creating sales strategies and achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English and/or Chinese is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
