Job Description

Location: Mapletree Business Center, Nguyen Van Linh, Dist. 7

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8h30-17h30

Get to know the Role:

As part of our team, you will source & sell-through advertisers for campaigns both offline & online. You will pitch leading advertisers directly & through their agencies. You will work alongside your team and maintain a pipeline tracking towards a quarterly quota under an incentive scheme.

You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & business development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities. Your goal is to generate multi-million-dollar annual revenue and show advertisers positive results.

The day-to-day activities:

1. Sales & Business Development (50%):

  • Proactively gain understanding of our Team & Company's ecosystem (products & services) to Pitch & win Clients for Team campaigns
  • Support Line Manager to follow Pipeline management, sales forecasting and key sales reports with business KPIs
  • Support Line Manager on liaise with new clients and offer them applicable advertising packages via proposals, pitching
  • You engage with our Clients/Agencies and build strong business relationships, listening to their needs, feedback and always stay in close communications.
  • Help to create strategies, frameworks, processes and tools frequently to keep evolving and manage all parties performance's, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our Clients better.

2. Account/Project Management (50%):


  • Follow up with clients from pre to on running campaigns.
  • Perform media booking and checking performance data of campaigns/ Report by daily/Weekly to Clients
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.
  • Have a keen eye for details to understand business/campaign performance & provide optimization promptly & accurately.
  • You will serve as the point of contact between multiple internal stakeholders (i.e. Food, Mart, Ads, MKT, Transport, Content, Legal…) and ensure maintaining performance and quality consistently.
  • Other tasks that are assigned by Line manager.

Must-have Requirements:


  • Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management and/or Business development in the Digital media field.
  • Passionate about sales, business development and digital products
  • Good sense in planning/ project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Articulate and communicate/presentation well
  • Detail oriented with a touch of patience & carefulness.
  • Work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to senior level management.
  • Start-up attitude – willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced.
  • Experience of working & selling marketing on agency, publishers, ad network & brand side is a plus

Salary and Benefits:


  • Gross salary: 16.000.000 VND.
  • Service voucher: 300.000 VND/month.
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
