Job Description

About us

TSARSI is a US-invested enterprise that specializes in delivering human resource solutions and highly specialized technical services—encompassing Estimating, Drafting, IT, and Sourcing—to top-tier partners across the North American and Australian markets. Situated in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Tsarsi provides a dynamic, international workplace, enabling young professionals to engage directly with real-world projects that meet global standards. We are deeply committed to empowering our talented workforce through comprehensive training programs, experienced mentorship, and a clear career progression, building a solid foundation for you to confidently advance your career in a multinational setting.

Job overview

As a Salesforce Administrator & Architect, you will own and evolve the Salesforce platform, designing scalable solutions that empower sales, marketing, and operations teams to work smarter and achieve greater results. You will act as both a trusted advisor and hands-on expert, driving automation, improving data quality, and delivering the insights that fuel business growth.

What you'll hold responsibility for

CRM Strategy & Architecture:

  • Serve as the primary platform owner, designing scalable Salesforce architecture and strategy for two distinct business lines.
  • Evaluate business requests, act as a strategic advisor to recommend optimal solutions rather than just executing tickets, and establish system governance standards.
  • Proactively identify technical debt, simplify complex processes, and implement Salesforce release updates.

Hands-On Administration & Flow Automation:

  • Manage day-to-day platform administration, including security/access (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets), custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and minimize manual workload.
  • Oversee release management, deployments, sandbox environments, and platform troubleshooting.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle: lead routing, qualification, campaign attribution, and Sales-to-Marketing handoffs.
  • Streamline operational workflows to reduce administrative burden and boost team productivity.

Data Governance & Integrations:

  • Maintain high data quality through duplicate management, data cleansing, validation rules, and access controls.
  • Monitor platform health and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, website, analytics).

Analytics & Business Visibility:

  • Design and maintain accurate Salesforce reports and dashboards tracking core KPIs (lead volume, pipeline, win rates, campaign performance, and revenue).
  • Standardize data definitions across teams to support leadership decision-making.

User Adoption & Enablement:

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and operational teams.
  • Create clear user documentation, monitor user adoption, and continuously refine user experience.

Are you the one we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM solution design, and platform architecture.
  • Proven ability to operate at both a strategic level (architecture, solution design) and a hands-on level(configuration, flow automation).
  • Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, covering the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, pipeline tracking, and campaign management.
  • Supporting multiple business units, brands, or complex B2B/industrial/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English to lead meetings, gather requirements, and collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership and teams.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to educate both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to maintain sufficient working-hour overlap with U.S. time zones.

Technical and data skills we need

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow for process automation.
  • Strong technical skills: SOQL, Apex programming, data modeling, and API integration experience.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, web platforms, analytics tools).
  • Solid grasp of data governance, data quality management (imports/exports, duplicate rules), and system security/sharing rules.

How you'd stand out

  • Strongly Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Preferred / Plus: Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Architecture-level certifications.

Benefits that we provide

  • 13th-month salary
  • Annual and performance-based salary reviews
  • Annual team building and out-of-town company trips
  • Work equipment (monitor, laptop, etc.)
  • PVI health insurance
  • Social insurance
  • Skills and knowledge training to meet international standards
  • Communicative and specialized English training
  • Opportunities for overseas training
  • Allowances: Lunch, uniform, mobile phone, fuel, parking, and housing
  • Internal events for holidays
