Sales Training Specialist (English/Chinese Speaking)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for mobile phones and related devices.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service training sessions for sales staff and partners.
• Regularly update training materials with new product features, industry trends, and market insights.
• Support the creation of training tools (presentations, manuals, video clips, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, propose improvements when necessary.
• Participate in product launches, workshops, and customer events when required.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, sales coaching, or product training (preferably in mobile phones/consumer electronics/FMCG).
• Energetic, articulate, and excellent in public speaking/presentation skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese is preferred).
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
