About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities:

• Handle of initial enquiries from sales team
• Preparation of customer proposals;
• Preparation of tender responses and requests for quotations;
• Management of customers special product requests
• Assistance in proposal preparation / supporting tender submissions;
• Involvement in bid management function on large bids and tenders;
• Office-based technical support to the Area Sales Managers;
• Co-ordination in project handover's between sales and project management.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role
• Solid civil engineering background
• Prefabricated Building Systems and/or Structural Steel experience
• Commercial awareness when liaise with sales and project management
• Proactive, well-organized and efficient
• English communication proficiency and local language proficiency.
