PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the sales team, managing pricing, forecasting, and account data. This role ensures accurate SKU setup, maintains vendor portals and planograms, and analyzes POS reports to optimize sales performance. Additionally, the analyst supports account management, assists in promotional planning, and helps streamline sales operations to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales Operation Support and Account Management
These tasks focus on enabling the sales team and supporting customer-facing operations:
- Provide operational support for major accounts to enhance efficiency.
- Handle SAP pricing and item setup.
- Manage new customer setup processes.
- Support major customer pitches (e.g., line reviews, product assortments) and events (e.g., tradeshows), including Sales analysis, Logistics coordination, Product preparation
- Support company-owned stores by selecting inventory based on sales data and managing pricing.
- Provide sales support for independent, mid-size, and national accounts.
- Assist in the strategy and execution of vendor portal updates, including planogram setup and maintenance.
Sales Analyst
These tasks involve data analysis and strategic insights to guide sales decisions:
- Assist with forecasting and pricing initiatives for selected accounts to support strategic revenue optimization.
- Pull and analyze POS reports from account portals to evaluate: Sell-out performance, Inventory levels, Promotional outcomes.
- Evaluate price and promotional elasticity to inform pricing strategies.
- Manage price lists and support master data accuracy.
- Participate in pricing projects and initiatives.
- Create and maintain SKU planning documents by retailer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday in which 3-hour night shift from 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in sales related role.
- SAP experience
- Microsoft office experience (PP, excel, word).
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
