Key Responsibilities

负责SATA 的工具类产品在越南的销售,工作职责:

Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of SATA utility products in Vietnam:

  1. 区域内HT终端客户开发,各类大中型生产企业、维修类公司、电力、军队等行业客户,完成销售目标。

Develop HT end-user customers within the region, including various large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, repair companies, power, military and other industry customers, and achieve sales targets..

  1. 区域内HT客户的产品和技术,服务支持。

Product and technology service support for HT customers within the region.

  1. 区域内终端客户机会和订单挖掘,并寻找企业内部优质供应商,发展为SATA经销商。

Explore end-customer opportunities and order potential within the region, and identify high-quality internal suppliers to develop them into SATA distributors.

  1. 开发当地市场有长期合作前景的经销商或者贸易商,协助分销商与经销商洽谈合作。

Develop local markets with distributors or traders who have long-term cooperation prospects, and assist distributors in negotiating cooperation with dealers..

  1. 定期向SATA总部提供销售数据报表及预测。

Regularly provide sales data reports and forecasts to SATA headquarters.

  1. 对终端用户,经销商销售团队进行产品培训;

Product training for end users and distributor sales teams..

  1. 制定并开展世达品牌在终端用户中的市场推广活动,维护世达品牌形象,提升品牌美誉度。

Develop and implement marketing activities for the SATA brand among end users to maintain the SATA brand image and enhance brand reputation..

  1. SATA总部交办的与HT销售相关的其他工作。

Other tasks related to HT sales assigned by SATA headquarters.

关键能力:

Key Competencies.

  1. 对越南HT市场有充分的了解。

Has a thorough understanding of the Vietnamese HT market.

  1. 机械,技术,工程师等相关专业本科。

Undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering, technology, engineering, and related fields..

  1. 至少3年在工具/机械行业从事销售/商务拓展或市场营销经验。

At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development or marketing in the tool/machinery industry.

  1. 可以熟练使用越南语,英文或者中文。

Good language of Vietnam,English or Chinese.

  1. 良好的电脑技巧,熟练使用Windows/Office软件。

Good computer skills; windows/ office applications.

  1. 自律,成熟,自我驱动,可独立工作。

Self- disciplined, mature, self-starter and able to work independently.

  1. 具备良好的商务谈判和沟通能力,可独立出差。

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within the region.
