Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ha Noi, Vietnam. The Business Development Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, manage key accounts, and establish strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Actively identify, approach, and develop new customers in Hanoi
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across both retail and project channels
- Drive revenue through direct sales, client meetings, and relationship building
- Position the brand appropriately when engaging with clients, ensuring alignment with its design and lifestyle positioning
2. Project Sales (B2B)
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and other key partners
- Identify and pursue project opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow through to closing
3. Retail Sales (B2C)
- Handle inquiries from existing leads and new customers
- Provide product consultation and close sales via online or in-person meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
4. Market Development
- Build brand presence in Hanoi through networking and client engagement
- Gather market insights and customer feedback
- Contribute to strategies for showroom launch and local growth
5. Working Model
- Training: 2–3 months in Ho Chi Minh City (HQ)
- Post-training: Based in Hanoi
- Flexible working model (remote + field sales; no fixed office in initial phase)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong network in Hanoi is a big advantage
- Experience in interior, furniture, architecture, or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients in design-oriented or premium/luxury contexts
- Strong personal interest or exposure to design, aesthetics, or living environments
- Proven track record in both retail and/or project sales
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
