Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional product consultation.
- Drive store sales and achieve individual / team sales targets.
- Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and store presentation standards.
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Support daily store operations and follow company SOPs.
- Report customer feedback and market insights to management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of working experience, including:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in well-known chain stores.
- At least 1 year of cashier-related experience.
- Candidates with experience in similar retail stores are preferred.
- Experience in recognized retail chain stores is required.
- Candidates with backgrounds in 3C retail (Computers, Communication, Consumer Electronics), cashiering, mobile phone stores, electronics stores, or related retail sectors will be highly preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Candidates who can speak Chinese and/or English will have an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
