The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager/Account Executive to develop new business and manage key client relationships in Vietnam. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cross-border logistics market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and B2B sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve service offerings
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
