Key responsibilities
a) Inbound Customer Support and Consultation- Receive customer enquiries via telephone, email, Zalo, the company website, or referrals from the sales team.
- Provide initial advice on products, applications, models, technical specifications, and possible replacement options.
- Coordinate with the company's technical team and manufacturers when further clarification of the customer's technical requirements is needed.
- Follow up and respond to customers promptly to improve the likelihood of closing orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotations accurately and within the committed timeframe.
- Monitor quotation status and proactively follow up with customers to move opportunities towards order confirmation.
- Receive customer purchase orders and verify the accuracy of all commercial information before processing.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and fulfilment of related customer requirements.
- Create, update, and manage quotation, order, and customer data using tracking files or the company's internal system.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and other relevant functions to monitor product availability, deliveries, outstanding payments, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain sales records, including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, delivery records, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Support the resolution of after-sales issues relating to deliveries, missing documentation, and customer feedback.
- Maintain and periodically follow up on customers who have received quotations but have not yet placed orders.
- Proactively reconnect with previous inbound customers to identify new requirements and sales opportunities.
- Introduce other suitable product lines or solutions offered by the company.
- Record customer needs, feedback, and relevant market information to help management improve sales activities.
- Proactively identify and approach prospective customers by participating in networking events.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Organise, maintain, and manage the company's general files, records, documents, and paperwork.
- Support other internal administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering, or in a Business-related field such as Logistics or International Trade.
- Good English reading and writing skills. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B customer service or industrial equipment sales is preferred.
- Experience in technical equipment, automation, mechanical engineering, machine tools, or industrial components is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise customers clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication.

Working hours and location
Probation period: Two months.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
