ABOUT JOB:
The Commercial Operations Coordinator (Sales Operations Executive) will play a key role in supporting the growth of an international technology & food delivery platform by monitoring commercial performance, driving operational excellence, and implementing process improvements. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.
- Working hour: 8AM - 5PM | Monday - Friday
- Basic Salary: 14,660,000VND/monthly
- Location: District 7, HCM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- P&L Monitoring Advertising Revenue: Track and analyze revenue performance, identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and prepare reports with insights for management.
- Project Execution: Implement strategic projects to achieve commercial and operational goals; monitor milestones, manage timelines, and resolve challenges.
- Team Productivity Enhancement: Collaborate with on-ground teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements; support tools and SOP enhancements to improve efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related field
- 12 years of experience in commercial operations, business analysis, or project management (FMCG/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Query is a plus)
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
