Job Description
Sales Operations Associate
Location: Singapore
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
Role Overview
Support Google's Pixel Hardware commercial operations across APAC markets by driving strategic planning, sales forecasting, go-to-market strategies, budget management, and business performance analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning, annual operating plans (AOP), and sales forecasting.
- Develop GTM strategies and manage promotional budgets.
- Analyze channel performance, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Build financial models, track KPIs, and generate actionable business insights.
- Manage cross-functional projects and improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and execution.
- Leverage data analytics and AI to improve business efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
- Experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, telecom, or retail.
- Strong skills in sales/commercial operations, strategic planning, financial modeling, and analytics.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
