Job Overview

Responsibilities :

• - Assist in the preparation and submission of bid and tender documentation.
• - Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, contracts, and related documents.
• - Assist in cloud contract administration and reporting.
• - Monitor contract execution, progress, and compliance with agreed terms.
• - Prepare, track, and maintain all required documentation and correspondence throughout the contract lifecycle.
• - Assist in document management and storage.
• - Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Operations Team as assigned by the Manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Final year students and freshers are welcome. No experience needed.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, professionalism, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated initiative, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
