Therefore, the role of Sales Marketing goes beyond communication; it is about building a professional brand image, driving B2B engagement, and driving sales activities.

Role Description

To execute Sales Marketing activities that promote Indefols brand, attract potential customers, and directly support the companys business development in the Green Hydrogen sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event & Exhibition Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, including logistics, supplier coordination, and partner collaboration.
  • Sales Collateral & Design: Create and prepare sales materials such as presentations, brochures, standees, backdrops, catalogs, and company profiles.
  • Communication Management: Update and manage content on the companys website and LinkedIn to align with our international brand image.
  • Business Development Support: Prepare proposals, sales kits, and support the BD team during client meetings.
  • Market Research: Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs to propose actionable strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in meetings and negotiations with both local and international customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 12 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing, or Industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, listening) for international client interactions.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (basic Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel for business trips or events.
  • Having strong passion and commitment in renewable energy sector is an advantage.
