Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through effective management of sales operations and team leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to develop data-driven strategies to maximize performance.

• Proven sales and business development skills with experience in setting and achieving targets
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of marketing, customer engagement, and relationship management strategies
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving high performance
• Experience in the cultural, tourism, or hospitality sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is beneficial
