About the Role

With our continued effort on enhancing export business, a dedicated team was set up under International Business Group (IBG) for Internationalization of Products Businesses (which includes Heating, Cooling, Steam Accessories, Water & Waste Solutions, Air Pollution Control, & Solar) for South-East Asia, SAARC, Middle East, and Africa. We are looking for a dynamic professional to handle strategy and business development for these markets. Individuals who are passionate about creating a mark in global arena and would like to be a part of the next phase of growth for Thermax are invited to be a part of Team IBG. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing of Boilers and Heaters in Vietnam Region.
  • Developing Leads for Boiler and Heaters from Vietnam Region with Early Engagement, Pre RFQ stage.
  • Developing Good relations/contacts with EPC, End Users and Consultants .
  • Understand Customer needs and work with Head office from India for developing competitive proposal.
  • Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors.
  • Ensure Market coverage across Industrial segments like Oil & Gas, Steel, Fertilizer, Cement, Sugar, Power from Biomass, Waste To Energy & Gas Based, Coal, Paper etc and analyse key market trends.
  • Getting TBWES Prequalified /Registered with Oil & Gas and Power Industries like EVN, PVN, Dun Quat Refinery, Long Son Refinery, TKV etc.
  • Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target.
  • Achieve Yearly targets as per Annual Business Plan.
  • Track and report Competition Activities.

Critical Competencies for the Job:

  • Product / Application Knowledge of Capital equipment's.
  • Knowledge of Boiler and Heater (preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skill in English language is a must
  • Ability to work in Teams.
  • Understand engineering drawings, P&ID's, documentation procedure.
  • Understanding of Commercial Terms & Conditions for Contracting.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • Networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Result oriented.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Open to travel for business requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Candidate having background of Boiler ,thermal & steam engineering, boilers, products will be preferred.
