Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day activities of the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are achieved. The role involves managing and mentoring a team, building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports to track performance. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery is also a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in team management, mentoring, and leadership
  • Understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and real estate industry standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly advantageous
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is preferred
