Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals and maintain a thorough understanding of RETTAR's 3D and radar solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong abilities in Market Research, Negotiation, and Communication
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive insights and achieve targets
  • Leadership and team management experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Familiarity with 3D scanning, radar technologies, and industries such as food, feed, and agriculture is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
