Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA or management degree preferred)
- Proven experience managing P&L and business operations
- Strong sales leadership and team management experience
- Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
