Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: An Khanh, District 2
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: 12 – 15 million VND per month (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

Who We're Looking For
A confident, outgoing, and proactive Sales Manager with a talent for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving results. If you thrive on hitting targets and love meeting people, we'd love to talk.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales activities to promote and sell DR.WELL products to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain distribution channels for DR.WELL's product lines.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and resellers.
- Identify and approach new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (FMCG or consumer brands preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese with intermediate English skills.
- Confidence in approaching clients, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
Willingness to travel locally when needed.
