Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
• Manage global key accounts and oversee acquisition of new clients in logistics and supply chain sectors.
• Lead negotiations with customers regarding Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) pricing, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing, foreign exchange (FX) rates, and quarterly volume allocations.
• Supervise the quotation process for FX and logistics costs; ensure timely and competitive offers.
• Represent the company in annual E-tender processes and strategic bidding activities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, CSR, and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance Department on FX reconciliation and credit terms.
• Monitor market trends including interest rates, logistics fees, and FX fluctuations to provide timely recommendations and proactive actions.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop the sales team; set up KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong command of English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), especially CIF and DDP.
• Familiarity with FX market operations and pricing mechanisms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with multinational clients and participating in global tenders.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus.
