Sales Manager

Oriental Yuhong Overseas Business is looking for a motivated Project Sales Executive / Senior Project Sales Executive to join our Coating & Mortar Overseas Business team in Northern Vietnam.

This role will focus on project sales development in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam, working closely with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and construction project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project customers in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
• Promote construction material products to developers, contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
• Follow up on project opportunities from early-stage specification to order conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with key project clients and industry partners.
• Collect market information, competitor updates, and project pipeline data.
• Support sales target achievement and business growth in Northern Vietnam.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of sales experience in construction materials, project sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience in project-based sales is preferred, especially with developers, contractors, consultants, or construction companies.
• Background in coating, mortar, waterproofing, cement, concrete, AAC blocks, lightweight blocks, building chemicals, or related construction materials is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the construction materials market in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer development skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for project visits.
• Vietnamese fluency is required; English or Chinese ability is a plus.
