About the role

We are looking for a resultsdriven Sales Manager with proven hunting skills and an existing B2B contact base in ingredients, nutrition, cosmetics or FMCG channels. The ideal candidate knows how to proactively source and close opportunities, can present technical ingredient benefits clearly, and will drive revenue growth across assigned markets by leveraging their relationships and sales expertise.

Keyresponsibilities

  • Hunt, source and develop new B2B opportunities (brands, manufacturers, distributors, formulators) using personal network, market research and outbound outreach.
  • Maintain and expand an active prospect pipeline qualify leads, develop tailored commercial proposals and manage negotiations to close deals.
  • Present product portfolio (fish collagen, vegan collagen, proteins, sweeteners, food additives, amino acids, etc.) and communicate technical benefits, specs and quality controls to commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Own account acquisition targets and manage endtoend sales cycles from first contact to contract signing and first shipment.
  • Coordinate with technical, QC and supply teams to ensure client requirements (specs, testing, certifications) are met and samples/trials are handled promptly.
  • Track sales pipeline and forecast accurately; prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Support customer success activities: gather feedback, follow up on trials, and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, online trade events and occasional onsite client visits.

Requirements must have

  • 57 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling ingredients, food additives, nutraceuticals, cosmetics ingredients, or related FMCG components.
  • Demonstrable hunting track record ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting and to close deals independently.
  • Established contact network / prospect list in the region (brands, manufacturers, distributors, formulators) ready to leverage for immediate sourcing.
  • Strong commercial skills: negotiation, objection handling, pricing and contract closing.
  • Comfortable discussing technical product details and translating specs into customer value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Selfmotivated, targetoriented and able to work remotely with strong time management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.

Preferred (nice to have)

  • Experience coordinating with QC/testing and supply teams, and basic understanding of certifications (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
  • Experience in crossborder / export sales and familiarity with logistics/lead times for ingredients.
  • Experience participating in trade shows and running client workshops or technical presentations.

What we offer:

  • Base Salary: 65.000.000 78.000.000 VND/month.
  • KPIs Bonus: 20 30% of the monthly salary (based on performance/sales targets).
