Job Description

Digiworld is a market expansion services (MES) provider and an official distributor for many global top technology brands (Such as Apple, Asus, Dell, HP, Huawei, Lenovo, Logitech, MSI, Xiaomi, and more) in Vietnam.

We are looking for a position: 02 - 03 talent for Product Sales Manager/Category Manager in charge of technology products (ICT), such as:

  • Asus Brand (LCD, MiniPC, NUC, AiO, Gear, PSU, ...)
  • Sony Brand (PlayStation, Audio Device)
  • Acer Brand (notebook, PC, LCD...)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop sales and profit plans for the assigned brand
  • Expand the product portfolio: Build sales, product, and channel strategies to gain approval from the brand.
  • Plan product imports for the assigned brand to meet sales demand, ensure inventory indicators, maximize supplier incentives, and secure profitability.
  • Control inventory levels within the prescribed limits.
  • Negotiate post-import sales support.
  • Develop sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotional programs.
  • Propose process improvements, upgrade existing workflows, and establish new processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Train business unit staff on new products and key selling points.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from a College/University in Economics, International Business, Marketing, and Business-related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in companies within the distribution channel of ICT products
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager/Category Manager/Sales Manager in distribution companies across multiple industries.
  • English: Able to use English for work.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation and bargaining skills.
  • Ability to handle work pressure effectively.
  • Proactive and quick in handling tasks.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and perseverance.
  • Willingness to meet customers directly in the market.
