Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and results oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales within the insurance domain, particularly in health claims digitization and SaaS-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise technology sales, deep familiarity with Vietnam's insurance ecosystem, and the ability to build trusted relationships with CXOs, Claims Managers, and IT leaders.
You will play a pivotal role in our go to market strategy in Vietnam contributing to revenue growth, client acquisition, and the adoption of AI led innovation across the health claims value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Market Development
Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation, and clos
Develop consultative sales strategies that align Perfios's SaaS offerings with client business goals in health claims, insurance processing, and automat
Collaborate with the APAC leadership team to design market entry and expansion plans for Vietnam and adjacent territories
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify new opportunities and trends
Key Account Management & Client Success
Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders including CTO, CIOs, COOs, and Claims Heads at insurance providers and TPAs
Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts overseeing client onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Expand existing relationships by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Perfios's solution suite.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement, issue resolution, and strategic partnership development.
Solution Integration & Technical Alignment
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align proposed SaaS solutions with client system architecture and workflows.
Oversee solution configuration and assist with integration planning to ensure a smooth and timely go live.
Maintain product knowledge and provide client feedback to the product team to drive innovation and market fit.
Sales Strategy, CRM & Reporting
Use CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast deals, and monitor key performance metrics
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and strategic updates for internal stakeholders and senior management
Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally with a strong focus on insurance technology, health claims, or SaaS platforms
Solid understanding of Vietnam's insurance landscape including TPA structures, regulatory frameworks, and health claims workflows
Demonstrated success managing long and complex sales cycles, with proven ability to close high value enterprise deals
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions, and data-driven platforms. Experience with AI/ML solutions in insurance is a plus
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline, clients, and reporting
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields
Willingness to travel across Vietnam and occasionally to other APAC markets as needed.
