Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, generating leads, preparing proposals, managing contracts, and collaborating closely with different teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales expertise in hospitality business development and/ or IT
  • Experience in strategy development, negotiations, and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet ambitious sales targets
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or technology industries is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English
