Sales Manager (B2C and B2B)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead national sales operations for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and maximize business potential to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and effective sales funnel management.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across relevant markets.
- Collaborate closely with Business Management to ensure seamless alignment between product management and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective market execution.
- Lead, manage and motivate sales staff to achieve their individual sales targets.
- Plan sales strategies and activities to drive sales target.
- Plan and implement the overall Distribution Channel Strategy to ensure creation of new direction to generate more targeted revenue.
- Manage Distribution Channel Stock / Sell Out/Through at all times.
- Create awareness among System Integrators and Solution-based companies of Company products and to find a niche market for the Company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Electrical Engineering / Business Administration
- At least 5 years performing sales supervisory role (manage people) in IT Business
- Proactive, innovative & strategic thinking
- Sales and people oriented and persuasive
