Job Description

Sales Manager (B2C and B2B)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead national sales operations for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Drive the development of new business opportunities and maximize business potential to meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and effective sales funnel management.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across relevant markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Management to ensure seamless alignment between product management and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective market execution.
  • Lead, manage and motivate sales staff to achieve their individual sales targets.
  • Plan sales strategies and activities to drive sales target.
  • Plan and implement the overall Distribution Channel Strategy to ensure creation of new direction to generate more targeted revenue.
  • Manage Distribution Channel Stock / Sell Out/Through at all times.
  • Create awareness among System Integrators and Solution-based companies of Company products and to find a niche market for the Company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Electrical Engineering / Business Administration
  • At least 5 years performing sales supervisory role (manage people) in IT Business
  • Proactive, innovative & strategic thinking
  • Sales and people oriented and persuasive
  • Strong team leader
  • Desire to succeed, result oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Integrity and ethical
