JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Manager at The Nam Khang Corporation, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for real estate projects. This role requires a strong sales leader with solid experience in real estate sales, capable of executing plans, managing teams, and supporting the company's business objectives.
1. Sales Strategy Implementation & Planning
- Implement approved sales strategies, including product pricing, payment terms, promotion schemes, and project launching plans.
- Prepare and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company direction.
- Monitor sales performance and propose adjustments to improve results.
2. Sales Operations Optimization & Compliance
- Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the real estate industry.
3. Market & Customer Management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales planning and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and sales agents.
- Develop sales networks and organize sales events to promote projects to potential buyers.
4. Team Management & Development
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Set, track, and evaluate KPIs for team members; prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Organize on-the-job training, coaching sessions, and skill development activities for the sales team.
- Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to ensure effective execution of sales campaigns.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other sales-related tasks and assignments as directed by the Board of Directors or Executive Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 23 years in a Sales Manager or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer behavior.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong team management and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Proficient in English.
- Real estate license or relevant certifications (if required by local regulations).
