We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader/ Supervisor to manage and lead our sales team with strong hunting ability to develop international logistics business, focusing on US & Canada and other routes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and acquire new B2B clients with international shipping demand (priority: US & Canada market)
2. Consult on comprehensive logistics solutions (Sea, Air, Multi-modal) and import-export services tailored to customer needs.
3. Handle quotation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Develop freight rate structures (Sea & Air) and maintain deep knowledge of the pros and cons of different routes and carriers.
5.Maintain and expand customer relationships to generate repeat business.
6.Support team development and contribute to sales strategy execution.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Logistics industry, preferably with experience in the US market.
2. Possess an established network of customers or partners.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of independent problem-solving and delivering top-tier customer service.
