As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team across Asia
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth strategy.
Your goal: to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics and transport.
- Identify and approach potential clients in your market (importers/exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, etc.)
- Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and secure new accounts
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Work closely with our operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry
- Proven track record of new business development and account acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Proficient/ Fluent English is a plus (additional local language is an advantage)
