Job Description

Job Overview

Will be managing ongoing projects and developed customer accounts. The role focuses on order tracking in order to ensure smooth execution from order placement to delivery, keep communicating with customers daily to collect more information and maintain customer satisfaction. Project coordination (internal follow-ups including paperwork handling, sample development tracking, etc.) and handle daily office work and documents.

Key Responsibilities

1.) Order Management & Customer Support: This is the main responsibility to be highlighted for this role.

  • Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in China (production, planning, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and forecasts.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective order management, timely communication, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and requests are responded to within agreed timelines (e.g., within 24 hours)
  • Minimize customer complaints related to service, delivery, and coordination

2.) Project Coordination & Development Support

  • Based on project development plan from sample initiation to first order placement, monitor progress closely and report any delays or pending issues.
  • Proactively report any delays, risks, or pending issues during tracking plan.

3.) Documentation & Administrative Work

  • Handle paperwork including document checking, sales orders, etc.
  • Handle daily office work and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or sales support
  • Experience in import/export operations and international logistics is preferred
  • Experience working with cross-border teams (e.g., China factories) is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms
  • Knowledge of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across internal and external teams.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese is an advantage
