Sales Intern (Domestic)

1. Job Purpose

Provide support to the Domestic Sales team in day-to-day sales operations, including order processing and tracking from the moment a customer places an order until successful delivery.

2. Main Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and processing Sales Orders (PO) and Payment Requests (PA) on the internal system.

• Create delivery bills and track delivery progress on the shipping partner's system.

• Handle reports on the ERP system based on operational needs.

• Support other administrative tasks within the Sales department.

3. Requirements

• 3rd- or 4th-year university students, or recent graduates majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.

• Internship duration: Full-time for 3-4 months, Monday - Friday.
