Sales Executive

We help businesses navigate international trade through logistics, import/export support, sourcing, and market expansion services across Southeast Asia.

Role Description

·      Handle accounts and generate leads for 1Export Vietnam across both Logistics and Trade business models

·      Generate leads and manage accounts for logistics services, including importation, exportation, air and sea logistics, Balikbayan services, and other related services

·      Support trade-related sales activities, including selling Philippine products in Vietnam and visiting stores and retail channels

·      Develop sales plans, strategies, and quotas with the Chief Sales Officer

·      Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and other support teams

·      Handle customer inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and other service-related concerns

·      Follow up on and collect customer payments

·      Prepare regular sales reports and updates for Management

Qualifications

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Able to communicate in English

·      Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with customers

·      Willing to attend client meetings and visit stores or retail channels when required

·      Experience in Sales, Logistics, Import/Export, or related fields is an advantage
