Job Description

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities for our software outsourcing services. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation and qualification to proposal and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience selling software outsourcing services from small projects to more complex B2B solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, inbound inquiries, and partnership channels.
  • Conduct client discovery meetings to understand business challenges and present relevant outsourcing solutions.
  • Develop proposals, pricing models, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate pre-sales support.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of sales experience in IT services or software development outsourcing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and outsourcing models (e.g., dedicated teams, staff augmentation, project-based delivery).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts in tech startups, SMEs, or enterprises.
  • Experience with international clients (US, UK, EU, Japan, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
