About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to join our team and help scale our global sales pipeline. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, conducting discovery calls, and supporting the growth of our B2B SaaS business in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, qualified opportunities, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow consistent sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles within B2B SaaS companies.
- Excellent spoken and written English, capable of engaging confidently with international clients.
- Demonstrated success in global markets (US, EU, APAC, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of persistence, resilience, and self-management.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales outreach platforms is a plus.
