Make plan to search, visit, approach customers to increase new and potential customers.
Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents.
Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential Clients.
Support and resolve customer inquiries as well as arising problem.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven 1-5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and pricing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
