Sunrise Events Vietnam organizes some of the most well-recognized sporting events in Vietnam such as the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon, the Techcombank Ha Noi International Marathon, the VINFAST IRONMAN 70.3 Vietnam in Danang, and the BIM GROUP IRONMAN 70.3 PHU QUOC. We specialize in end-to-end experiences that bring together local governments, corporate partners, and consumers to promote active lifestyles and sports tourism throughout Vietnam.

Position Title:Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working time:Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, running clubs, and triathlon clubs
  • Lead direct sales meetings and take part in B2B activities such as Spring Fairs, Corporate Challenges, or activation days turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Propose tailored ticketing packages and solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation - pitching - closing - documentation.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover and post-sales support (ticket redemption, registration, issue resolution).
  • Support on-site during events by managing the SEV sales booth, engaging with athletes and spectators to promote future events, answer inquiries, and drive immediate ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted offers and campaigns that align with customer insights.
  • Track and update customer data on the CRM system, ensuring a structured follow-up process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sports Management, or related fields.
  • 02 years of experience in B2B sales or direct client engagement (preferably in sports, services, events, wellness, or related industries).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with basic sales operations: quotations, contracts, and payment follow-up
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for sports, events, or healthy living is a big plus.
  • English proficiency is a plus
