This Position reports to:

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Responsible for sales of Measurement & Analytical products within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Achieve individual targets for ABB's Measurement & Analytical product range (Gas analyzer, liquid analyser, instrumentation, IR-UV-FTIR spectrometer).
  • Expand business network with EPC contractors, OEM partners, and solution builders applying ABB Measurement & Analytical solutions. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Promote products through marketing campaigns, technical presentations, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare proposals, bidding documents, and clarifications for projects.
  • Customize technical presentations and marketing campaigns to address industry-specific challenges: Cement (emission monitoring, process optimization), F&B (hygienic design analyzers, water quality monitoring), Data Center (energy management, cooling system monitoring), Industrial gas (process analyzers, quality management).



Qualifications for the role

  • Proven experience with Measurement & Analytic application products and solutions in Distributor sales, or solution sales.
  • Customer base in targeted industries: Cement, Data Center, Energy management, F&B , Industrial gas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering ideally 3+ years of experience in Instrumentation and Analyzers.
  • Strong sales and communication skills including business level command of English.
